Mary Kay Ash won many awards for her achievements and accomplishments, and while she said that recognition was important to her, nothing apparently made her happier than the success of all her "children", success that she fostered through her philosophy of sharing and caring, belief in the right priorities, and belief in the beautiful potential inside every human being.

It is in this spirit that we have provided this communications forum for Mary Kay's "children" to share their training materials and communications, their encouragement and inspiration, and their roadmaps for success, with their sister directors. While there is a significant cost to providing the database space, structure and tools that enable and support this enterprise, we hope that much of the heavy lifting will be provided by and for our members as a labor of love.

We will do our best to provide the benefits of sharing and caring to all Unitville members worldwide who follow Mary Kay Ash's rainbow -- happily, as she said, never quite finding its end.
